- A cross functional team was setup that included participation from Production, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Accounts and Regulatory
- The due process was followed to finalize the delivery partners based on the pick-up locations in Chinese territory
- The logistics partner was deployed as soon as the material is ready to ensure delivery timelines within desired thresholds
- All due approvals were taken by the regulatory team so that there is no delay at the customs
- Ports of dispatch and the port of receiving the material was chosen such that there is minimum road transport to keep the logistics cost/delivery timeline in check
